HELLO.....Mr. ANONYMOUS

                     For years, we have talked through the advent of technology, whether it is a boon or a bane. And the origination of cell phones is not peculiar to this. Though I am not here to pronounce that cell phones are downright a bane, yet it is blessed with its fair share of drawbacks. And one such is people calling from wrong numbers, who bother you sometimes and these incognito people make hay with any class of contemporary technology.

                     I would say that there are two categories of people who make anonymous calls. One who do it inadvertently and the other intentionally. We will pass over the initial bracket in the light of their innocence. But the subsequent category hassle us quite a deal. I think myriad of people would concur with me as they would have faced this at some juncture.
SOME TYPICAL INSTANCES
                     To commence with we used to get a call recurrently inquiring for a person These rings would bestow me with quirky dreams of that person as a man clad in white outfit with white mustache and tresses. Such was his name! (any guesses?). And of late, we received an array of wrong numbers so non-stop that I had to save their numbers as u1, u2, u3, u4 where u stands for unknown! No wonder these anonymous souls undoubtedly annoy you a lot.

                     Even land-line telephones are not reprieved. One day my friend was receiving continuous phone calls in her mobile asking for a person which was followed by a message that they had seen her number in a rupee note. These anonymous callers hatch their own plans coercing people to presume that they were not “really” troubling you. And this was the last one until recently. I think these people do it to while away their time as a hobby or to intrude upon people deliberately.
A SOLUTION
                     I wonder if there is a key to this minuscule Pandora box of exasperation. If there are few such annoyances, they can be accepted but if they keep climbing they do become a towering summit of chagrin. These disturbances may occasionally prove to be precarious. Well, it does look cool only in cinemas where it is fun making and attending anonymous calls.

    gud command over vocab..gr8 going...but prank calls also ve some gud side I guess...one f ma close fren nw,ws a prank caller 4 yrs ago...keep writin..ol d best:)

If only they could talk!!               It was middle of the night and I s aw my parents sound asleep. But why did I wake up? Was it a bad dream or something else? Oh well, it was because of the long lost acquaintanceship with my seasonal guests. But to my surprise my parents were sleeping unperturbed in spite of them!
